Update: Did some reading around.
This is a limited "physical" edition release being handled by NIS. The standard edition of the game is being handled by Tecmo Koei, and will will only be offerred through PSN as a digital release!

This is getting pretty crazy, Ar nosurge Plus will make for the third Vita game this year to have a limited physical edition release. The other two released already being:
