So the steelbook is eu exclusive? Can anyone please help me get one and let me know how much it will cost?

You can get it from Amazon.de

It cost me about €15 for shipping to the U.S. but we don't need to pay VAT as we are not in EU.

Mainly just looking to get the steelbook.

It would cost me $90 to buy it from there and would be cheaper to just buy it on play-asia or ebay.

If you want only the steelbook I suggest you to wait for a month or two. It will be around $15-20 then.
