Mightyape, the same place that's had the flag pre-order bonus in AUS/NZ for the last 3 games, no pictures but a placeholder page for now. They also have a "tin book day one edition" for PC

I was eyeballing MightyApe all day yesterday to see what they'd have after missing that cool tankard (and the bag of coins) last year! If its just a big tin edition though, I think I can pass. I usually only need 1 (or maybe 2) steelbooks per edition... not as AC-crazy as others I guess
