are all 3 of these remastered games fitting on 1 disc?..or will it be 3 separate discs?..if 3 discs?..then is the case some sort of digipak?

I'm hoping it'll be on one disc. It'll no doubt have compressed files on the disc which will need to be installed on the PS4 HDD (or there'll be a huge one day patch).

By removing the multiplayer aspect will also help get the size down.
