Amazon, Best Buy.com, and Gamestop are all sold out now. Best Buy.com did have some available earlier today. Bethesda online store had some still left around 5am pacific time but then sold out (their website was down much of Tuesday evening due to maintenance).

I have heard Best Buy in-store is taking pre-orders but payment in full is required. Unsure if they are still taking orders though.

NewEgg.com has announced they will have pre-orders for PS4 and XBOX One, those links have not gone live yet for you fans here in the USA still wanting to get one as I am unsure if NewEgg ships internationally.
