You can upload your images to a site like
imgur.com
imageshack.us
tinypic.com

and they'll have a couple of url options available after upload.
you can use "direct link" and put that in between these tags

[IMG] and on the other side it will be the /IMG] (I removed 1 bracket so it's visible, but both tags should be closed with brackets!)

Or you can choose their automatic forum-option that they have, which includes the IMG tags as well.
If you do that, you get this;
[IMG]link to your image goes here[/IMG

That should work out!
