Maybe drop them a wee message? I messaged GAME yesterday (I know, different retailer haha) because I won a competition with them and I received my prize, but one of the stated items was missing, so they contacted Bethesda and they sent it out right away Got it today XD xx

Ayiu did you pre-order the game prior to the them announcing the delay. I think they only give the keyring to those before delay.

It's from Amazon.de but text on the outer Box is multilingual (German, English, French, Spanish, Italian)
