Yeah mine was a UK version PS4 copy. The box had small seals on, but like Vlad said - My steel was on the top where the amray case usually is.

It definitely seems as if they have just switched them out for some reason.

Maybe this was the change to the packages? The delay?

Yeah i would have thought so - from the previous videos I've watched its the only difference i can see.
