Any thoughts on how long this might last? Wouldn't mind grabbing it, but want to think before I purchase it.

I was about to comment on this but please understand this is just a guess.

While Journey is a very popular game in terms of its acclaim, I do not think 1,000 statues (even at a good price of $150) will sell out fast.

Take that as just one man's opinion though.

I actually feel bad, I never could get into Journey personally.

Okay, thanks for the input. Hoping something I'm trying to sell will sell soon so I can use that money towards this.

I agree that I don't see it selling out anytime soon. I'm also let down that they only have one photo, nothing of packaging, the numbering, or to show its scale.

Hey Guys,

Sorry about that. The powers that be asked that we bump up the launch and we were still setting up a photo session for this statue. Trust me, we will be posting more pics shortly . In the meantime, here's some pics I took with my iPhone. , an the concept art from the game's Art Director, Matt Nava.

Thanks,
Gary

Wow... looks a lot better then the very vague picture on the site.

I wish I could have gotten into this game, as this is a great statue from a great statue maker!

Just not my type of game sadly.

It's all good. Collecting is subjective. I'm glad you could appreciate the work that went into it, even if its not your type of game.

However, stay tuned! I'm working on a bunch of collectible busts, statues and vehicles right now, and some of them are based on some classic PlayStation titles. So, if there was a game that had a good following, but no one made a licensed statue for it back in the day, I just may be tackling it. If you guys have ideas for cool Collectibles, shout them out! Just remember though, right now i'm only making SCEA game based Collectibles.

Thanks!
Gary
