Its region locked for foriegn psn. I found out you can still use world wide disc. No access to a non China account. This is not from HK its from China. If any game in china gets online it will also be region locked servers thats what the Chinese government says. Again This is not a system from HK or Taiwan this is the official Main land China release. It was launched in march 20 of this year. They also made a special edition Dragon vita but the only thing it has the same picture as the ps4 but only on a caring case not on the vita itself.
