I still can't believe there's been nothing said yet...
Tomorrow will be six weeks since they announced that it was canned and they've not said a single bloody thing about it.

Well, they DID either tweet or post on their forums (don't recall which at the moment) for us to give them some time and they would respond. I think we've given them plenty of time, but no official response regarding the questions yet as far as I know.

About what though? That is what I am asking.

Is it the superficial question of "Why exactly it was cancelled?", or the more important question of "What they are doing with the editions?"?

Because if it is the first one it does not matter anymore.

I think our personalities must just differ somewhat, for me the first question does matter because, granted I don't expect we'll ever get an answer at this point but I still want an answer, an explanation of why I, and many others, were screwed about with only 6 days left until launch, especially after as Knight said, they did say that something would be said but more importantly, because many people that ordered it were screwed and missed out on any LE. (Although they're probably lucky after seeing the piss-poor Poundland quality of the one in the LE.)
I also don't really see how it's a superficial question, something went badly wrong but nobody finds out until only 6 days before release, by which point many miss out on the LE, personally I feel that deserves an explanation beyond leaving it up to retailers to have to explain about vague quality issues.


Although I do agree, I would love to know what happened/will happen to the ones that must have existed at some point and I'd love to get my hands on one like with the Fable 2 CE.

Yeah just a difference in our outlook on the importance of information that will not effect whether we can get the CE we wanted or not as that time has passed (that is what I meant by superficial... it has no bearing on that anymore, a better word for me to have used probably would have been "inconsequential").

To each their own. I know there have been times/situations where I really wanted an explanation when something went wrong... or in this case a more detailed explanation as a general one was given (the statement was given to retailers by WB, and then WB made a formal statement, but it was lacking detail but I am not sure how it would help in any way).

Ah, yeah, I see what you mean about the superficial thing.

Haha, problem with me is I've always been the type to want explanations and to know what's went wrong.

Yeah, nothing can be done now, which obviously sucks for all of us, unless we track down the ones that escaped and nick them!

Yeah I hope we can track them down

But with things like this companies usually destroy everything (it is almost like a if we cannot sell them retail then no one can have them).
