I think around $70 usd lately (maybe $70-$100 on the higher end).

He means the US version, not the EU version. The US version comes with a music box

Yeah I got that now

Confusing as that one is almost never seen so if anyone said Heavy Rain press kit without saying US I would assume the regular common'ish one.

Don;t you have one? Or you were looking?
