Zer0 is coming back! His light up sword is taking longer to produce, so Moxxi is actually going to be ready to ship first even though she was started later. But you'll have another shot at Zer0 (at a lower price than before) very soon....
Also, those Moxxi photos were taken by us and I have her in my office still. So unlike nearly every other statue we've sold, I've actually got first-hand experience with the prototype. The paint looks really cool in person, and the real stocking adds a lot more to the overall appearance than I was expecting it to. It's an impressive statue. |

Don't know where else to post this, but I purchased a Butt Stallion and it arrived broken. I have contacted the numbers that I could find and sent multiple emails. I honestly just want an RMA to send it back and get a refund after all the hassle that has been made. I can't seem to get anywhere wib anyone. Please help.

We'll sort you out. Ticket volume has been nutty-nut-nuts since the Fallout 4 announce, so our customer service folks have been buried (and every time you re-send, you get bumped back to the bottom of the queue because it's last-in-last-out, unfortunately)....
We've hired two new full time CS people and are interviewing for more. We've also shifted a few internal people into swinging between their regular jobs and handling tickets. Shit is just out of control still, so it's taking longer than normal to get back to folks because there are just too many requests to get through. Really sorry about the poor response time, but they're honestly working as hard as they possibly can. If you want to PM me your order number, I can try to get you prioritized, but given the panic-level over there I can't promise they'll be willing to do me any favors right now. Regardless, they'll absolutely make sure your statue is replaced when they are able to respond.... Sorry again. |
