Weirdly 'Nate' does not look like Nate in Gary's teaser but when you see the whole bust in bbki's post it makes sense but I'm not liking the sum total. The face is somehow too long, too slim...

Slightly worried I'm not going to like 'Naaaaaaate!'

I'm really hoping so. It's just one of those oh so familiar faces but I have faith in Gary and his team

Well with the new tech and older look Nate has change a LOT from 2 and 3 to 4. It is amazing how that level of detail can make him almost look like a different person.

That's totally true and ND are, thank God, getting better at faces.... Some thing I used to totally obsess about as Elena used to pull her 'Jaws from James Bond' smile with the slightly strange glassy eyes....

Lol! Just messin'. A few things to keep in mind.

1) These first busts are from Uncharted 3 to promote the Uncharted Collection. I'm actually planning a different statue for UC4.

2) There are a few different artists that worked on Drake for the game and various promo art pieces, so if you google him from the 3rd game, you'll find some different versions of him. Now, that being said, I am using the model provided by Naughty Dog, so it is official. No "sculptor's interpretation".

3) Paint makes a huge difference.

Have faith. I'm still working on these...

Oh ok looked like Elena's Zbrush model from U1 to me....though I think most of us prefer her look in U2 Either way more Uncharted things so will be cool

I personally think it's fantastic to see 'industry' guys popping up on this forum and being so open and interactive - makes a heck of a difference to the quality of discussion and the sense of community - really really good to have you here Gary
