Lead paint or not, they could've replace it with something else instead of giving user exclusive DLC. Oh well pretty much most of the newer released CE comes with exclusive DLC.

Thats the whole point, they didnt have time to add anything else, believe me, there were a lot of questions asked as to why this happened at Lion Head.
