Less than $60. You can buy the Legendary Edition of TTK and get all the expansions/DLC with the base game for $60.

but just the CE DLC(dances, exotic bonds and shaders) is $20 digitally.

I'd say somewhere in the $50-60. $20 for the DLC, and $30/$40 for the game itself.
