Thanks for the suggestion but there isn't much point at the moment as far as I'm aware.
They say they're refunding everyone's duplicates and that their support is that busy that they've had to call everybody in to deal with it. Plus everybody that's contacted them is supposedly just getting template messages back just now.

Yes, canned response only. I got charged for 6, which puts me in a pretty bad bind until this is all sorted out.

Damn, you got charged for 6? That's crazy. Really sucks that they're system would do that.
