Yeah, my MGO leaflet came separate, I wasn't able to redeem it a few week back thinking it wasn't active yet?!

Are they region restricted or were they not meant to be redeemed on PSN.

Yeah it just came out on Tuesday. I assume it's region restricted, not sure though.
