Did you guys receive any confirmation for your order? I placed my order and money was taken from my account. But I still haven't received a confirmation email and my order history on website shows no orders. Should I place another order or is my original order is complete?

I received a confirmation e-mail for my order within five minutes of ordering, so I would recommend if it didn't take you to the printable receipt page or send you an e-mail after inputting and confirming your payment method that you try again before the game is sold out.
