Well, there are two Sword art online Alicization steelbooks from Geo.

Apparently the Watch Dogs Legion Ultimate Edition Steelbook isn't exclusive to US but also came as a pre-order bonus from UK purchase. I think it's the same one.

Edit: Apparently there are 2 variants of the Ultimate Edition as well, one comes with this steelbook, one looks like the CE steelbook, really weird!

one ultimate edition with CE steelbook comes from the CE edition in NA.
another ultimate edition is retail ultimate edition.
