Who knows

I do not think the will ever really skyrocket. They only did once when people were risking their seller accounts selling them heist after they sold out. Right now (and since the ban to list them was lifted) eBay has been flooded with them. Before launch there were cosistantly 800 or so for sale at all times.

They are not rare in any sense if the word IMO. For example the Juggernog edition sold out instantly and there were over 100,000 of then... the Pip-Boy Edition took almost 4 days to sell out and came back in stock a couple times. I estimate there are probably 300,000 of them worldwide. But that is just a guess... Bethesda will probably never tell is how many there officially are though.

Oh I completely agree. I just think it will never spike again (like the $350). Probably be around $200 or so on average for a very long time to come. Maybe in a few years when things calm down and people who have them sealed they might go up a good deal then.

Prices have been up and down a lot, also you have to make sure you read the auctions carefully as some people are only listing the Pip-Boy itself for around $160. There could be others who ordered and changed their minds and selling off factory-sealed ones, but some auctions I have noticed make it sound like its a full sealed version only to read its just the Pip-Boy in the crate, no game, etc. Prices will continue to go up and down, Christmas shoppers have not kicked it into high gear yet so we may see a spike upwards in the next few weeks through the holidays. Long term, there may be collectors then looking for sealed ones too down the road.

I am stall a bit confused as that is exactly what i said (that it was not that special/significant for me as I would have gotten one anyways on eBay for under $200).

No worries though, I am always confused

These are the auctions I was talking about here (and I posted them in the deal thread (they are/were complete and new)... also there were more at around $180 shipped):

PS4: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fallout-4-Pi...kAAOSw5VFWQnSC

XBOX One: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fallout-4-Pi...cAAOSwo0JWQnXe

I did say they may have been competing with open editions with something missing on accident. Funny thing is I also said just about everything you said in my previous posts Though I did add a long time frame guess for prices to go back up. The the amount for sale on eBay, and the initial amount for sale, I just feel prices will not shoot up for a very long time.

In the end this is all guess work as I said. In truth it does not matter all too much. Things like this tend to surprise you sometimes (for example I never expected the prices to be sol low for these, but soon realized how many were on eBay and realized that must be the reason).

Couldn't play the last 2 days so today I am going to set aside for playing some.
