To be fair I did this too, I thought the red was unrepairble damage or something that only a doctor could take away. I had to search for it and found out it was my radiation which is easily fixable by taking fairly abundant Rad-Away.

I am still amazed by a 30 hours Plat in a game that has hundreds of hours of content. You must have focused almost solely on the topihies?
