Good to see it's finally up. Also in regards to international shipping, many times Amazon have done this for a certain period then I guess 'changed the rules' down the track & international shipping is allowed.

Normally by then it's too late & it's sold out. I suggest put a fake UK address in then down the track before release try & change it to your proper address, it should accept it. This has always worked for me in the past with a few CE's I've bought so hopefully it's the same deal now.
