Just got mine in the mail!
Came shipped in a somewhat oversize box with no padding whatsoever, but amazingly it's in nearly perfect shape. Amazon Japan centered the CE on an oversize piece of cardboard, shrink wrapped them together, and glued it to the bottom of the shipping box. This held the CE immobile inside the shipping box and kept it buffered by a one inch air gap on the top and all sides.  All told it cost me $168.33 to import. $130.81 for the CE and $37.52 for S&H from Big in Japan.
