What kind of condition is the regular MGS2 game in? I have both versions perfectly sealed (prem pack version graded and slabbed) but my normal version looks a little yellow to me. Hows the seal? Does the white look really white?

NTSC-J isn't official term and was used for console video games (many older video game systems do not allow games from different regions to be played).
Video encoding on movie DVD is PAL or NTSC (even both has technically slightly different "sub versions").
