In Germany we have to pay 20€ more for the Uncharted 4 CE, now we have to pay even more for GT? Why are Sony games in Germany so overpriced?

Quantic Dream Collection costs 54,99€ here, 40€ elswhere. Tearaway Unfolded was even fullpriced 69,99€ here, 30-40€ elswhere and the list goes on. And I'm just taking about the MSRP.

Anyone know if you order the one from Germany, I think there is not region lock, so should play in US, but would all the text be in German?

There's no region lock, and I can't say for sure, but I think the game would be in English, or at least have the options for English.
