For those of you who are not sure about this, there is an Uncharted 4 metalpak. I just got mine. It has the same art as the EU U4 steelbook, but it's a metalpak with Japanese text.

It's a pre order bonus from Japanese retailer GEO. I think it is rare as I only saw one for sale so far.
