After a failed group buy. They had CE Artbooks of Assassin's Creed III up for preorder way back. I helped out other members, at cost. They were listed as being cheaper than normal, and after I received them all, they were standard copies. Ubisoft refused to fix it, stating that the listing was an error, and if I wanted a refund I'd have to return and I would be refunded minus shipping costs (and wouldn't be reimbursed for my costs back to them). I refused this and complained, and got banned

So I then had to try and sell them all, in order to refund everyone xx
