Is that Lightning in one poster - if yes, is that fan art?

I like it for what it is but to me it has PlayArts quality in the bad sense. Honestly I wish it was not as small and had better detail considering the figures I have gotten have such great detail. I will continue to collect these busts though since I have started and they have the Judge master from FFXII coming out soon
