I don't think its gonna come back soon...
The same thing happened with the PS4 version of Dragonball Xenoverse 2 (Also a bandai namco game). It sold out very fast and wasn't restocked on Amazon for 3 months. That being said... Xenoverse 2 does not have a specific quota on how many can be released as far as I know...
