My next goal is to make sweetrolls. I am thinking of making them look like a cross between the Oblivion and Skyrim version.

Mr. Destructoid Jim Sterling got his hands on the Skyrim Collector's Edition early and he made a pretty direct, straight-to-point video showing it. Here's the link to the unboxing vid, seeing as how everyone's been very curious about how bad or badass the statue will turn out.

It was definitely not Destructoid's best unboxing video. They would usually do what any accountable company would do given such an exclusive opportunity - film something ridiculously stupid with it. Like this, or this. I guess, like all of us, Jim's dying to play Skyrim and see if it lives up to the hype. Or maybe not giving us a proper unboxing was his way of killing through teasing, knowing that we still have to wait a couple more weeks before we ourselves can have a chance to live in Skyrim.

Not sure that's worth £130, was expecting quality like Crysis nano edition.

Yeah. I too, did expect an epic collector's edition, especially with Bethesda's track record. Lightweight statue, with Alduin and the dragon rock not even joined together. Redeeming factor's the artbook, but even that doesn't justify the price. Sleeping on it for now, as I'm sure there's definitely going to be a price drop incoming.

I just hope the game's not like the statue. That is to say, it's big, but fails to deliver.

Better quality unboxing video of Skyrim Collector's edition. Unfortunately he didn't show artbook too much, which is my main and only point of interest in this edition. Alduin statue seems to be really top quality, however stand looks really cheap and crappy.
