Mos, I think it was exclusive to Gamestop in the USA. AJ helped him get it. I think LEN had asked me to help first and I checked on there and saw it came from Gamestop. When it first came out though I'm sure PDP offered it directly on their website (but it has since been taken down probably due to selling out).

Hm. Ok well at least I know it was in US. If it was in Australia then it was probably worldwide release. Shouldn't be too hard to get...
