So far it may not be listed, but doesn't mean it won't have it. It's too early to confirm UNLESS you have a reliable source confirming this.

Just managed to pre order this as its been stuck in my basket for days,ended up paying £69.99 but had £10 worth of points not ideal but Hey ho

was using firefox so it may be worth having a go again to all those that had trouble with this.

It is an unveiling of the game and collector's edition but I see nothing in the article about "exclusivity" to any region or retailer yet, so I will remain hopeful. Do you know any other sources from Europe? I'm not familiar with Namco enough to know where information might be posted or leaked to.

However, this link is the only indication of exclusivity but I'm still not sure as I think it's still too early:
