Holy shit, that genuinely looks like Poundland levels of cheap and nasty from the video and picture! Then filter in that the r/c car plus the game costs £280 and I'm stunned.



Although anybody know anything about this article talking about the different editions? (Apologies for linking to a rag like that but can't really see it anywhere else.)

I have to admit, so far until now I'm really disappointed with any fancy editions of this in the UK. All we seem to have is a small die cast model or that big nasty lump of plastic, both with just a standard copy of the game and no mention of a steelbook or proper alternatives.

Try looking at the UK versions so far though, the steelbook is only listed as coming with the big heap of junk and that's what I was meaning by us not getting a steelbook was that we'd have to apparently fork over £280 for what looks like a £15 child's toy, the game and a steelbook.

I meant it as we have no smaller proper alternative. We don't get the same die cast set as the US and instead get a car that someone else said you can pick up separately anyway.

This is the disappointing part, there seems to be no word as to why the UK is until now getting the choice of a watered down version of the US die cast or the expensive one.
