Assassins Creed Statue/Figures

Does anyone know if Kernel ever ended up releasing that Assassin's Creed movie Aguilar statue? I looked around but haven't seen any unboxings anywhere. The link to buy the statue has also been removed from Kernel's website.

I preordered this about a year ago and received the same email. I've been trying to contact them the past month and they've seem to have gone out of business. I was able to retrieve my money back by reporting a credit card fraud and I'd suggest anyone who's preordered the statue to do the same!
