I wrote TLOU PS4 - so its The last of us Remastered for PS4. :-)

Basically its almost any 1st party Sony promo (Ucnharted 4, horizon, Gravity Rush 2, TLG, No Mans Sky, PS VR stuff, other older games) - not other companies. So Yakuza 0 and RE 7 are not included in the deal, for example.
