That sucks man. I assume they didn't just drop you down to 1 copy? Did you get the full order canceled? From the sound of the email, they were just dropping people with numerous copies down to one. At least you have backups.

Nintendo is the real problem. EVERY single special "edition" I go through with them is this exact same problem. Their supply is extremely limited for VERY popular franchises. They should simply open preorders from x date through x date. All preorders from that time period will be made. Instead they just make a extremely low supply of them.
