That AUS version seems like the steelbook is sealed together with the game huh?

Can I use NA DLC stuff with the AUS version of the game or do they have their own separate PSN?

Yeah, the game disc probably comes in the steelbook.

US DLC won't work with EU/AUS version games, must be from the same region. Australia shares the same DLC as the UK and most of Europe.

Xbox on the other hand doesn't matter (in most cases).
