Great... amazon.de and fishpond both don't have it in stock.

By explanation do you mean there was a disagreement with the distributors?? Not exactly related but these days milestone have become asses and are preventing all retailers from discounting pre-release games.

What sucks is the fact that out of the trinity of Sony exclusives, it was only Infamous 2's CE which made it to our shores

Also on another note, what exactly is the difference between the CE and EE? (Other than the fact that the DLC vouchers for the EU will most probably work on an Indian PSN account.)

different game case (EE is specia edition - like drakes journal, CE is steelbook) - other than that the outer 'package carry case' is different with EE being like a wooden suit-case and CE being a type of chest.
