They have been since they started the 20% off thing not too long ago. Every single CE I have gotten since they started that was 20% off. I think it is just that those listings were just put up and quickly added to the site since they were just announced (so not all benefits are working on those new listings yet).

What I am going to do is wait a few days and then update the billing info and it should change/update. I will let you know when and if that works

I sure hope you are right..but this is from their link on the rules (see post above that has the terms and conditions link. Detail #6 says 20% does not apply to CEs" So either they changed it or used to not enforce it. I sure hope they don't enforce it.
