Ah, damn, another one and I've still not even started the base game. Fingers crossed I can hold out on this one too and get it for £20 when they can't shift it.

The box art is simply gorgeous. I wonder if Game Uk will have it discounted again on launch. Morrowind was also listed £89.99 for preorder and then, around launch day it dropped to £59.99 all of a sudden.

Did they even ship Morrowind outside the UK? When I checked the listing back then it said that they won't due to its weight exceeding 2kg.

Indeed, they don't ship boxes heavier than 2kg outside UK. Luckily Amazon has listed the CE too, and they do ship in other countries.

Got mine today, I must say I'm disappointed. This is me when they announced the Morrowind CE:

Well they ruined this with Summerset. The box is quite smaller than ESO and Morrowind, so it looks ugly on a shelf with the previous ones. They failed to be compact and beautiful to display together like WoW.




They also butchered the artbook, which for me was the absolute highlight of these editions. They replaced a big (bigger than A4), hefty artbook printed on high quality paper with a semigloss finish, big pictures and tons of text with this... tiny, almost half-sized thing with the lowest spongy paper I’ve ever seen, very few pictures and a general impression of low effort.







I have recommended ESO and Morrowind CE’s to everyone as great bang for the buck, but with Summerset they have shamelessly shrinked the content while keeping the same price.

That's disappointing to see. The artbook in ESO and Morrowind were ace. For both editions I held out and was able to get significantly cheaper than RRP, so was really pleased with them. Snagged Morrowind back in January for £20!

Might pick this up when the price drops l, but the size inconsistencies will probably put me off. Wonder if it will hit £20 again...
