Yea high chances PC won't not there. Don't have PC for deluxe and super deluxe too.

I'll probably get the PS4 CE and sell the game + season pass if it comes with the standard case.

Plus, I'm a little confused as the steelbook is not mentioned anywhere here in Germay, neither at the CE itself or the Super Deluxe Edition.

I'm 99.99% sure that all CE's come without a game, but with Steelbook. Appropriate version of the game is Bundled into CE purchase and given to you separately.

Nope. The CE does not include the steelbook. The steelbook is with the super deluxe edition. However, it seems that it differs per country if the steelbook is included with the super deluxe. Just as with the gold editions of AC or far cry.
