So just wondering but has anyone seen even promo images about what's included with the Diamond Loot Box Edition yet?

Feels like they're cutting it really fine with showing it. If they don't show something by next week though I'm going to cancel my preorder and just go with the super deluxe. For the sake of £250 (version w/ super deluxe) I already wasn't too impressed with the contents listing but hoped images would change my mind but we still don't even have anything to go on just about 2.5 weeks before release.

Nope, have not seen anything yet anywhere. At this point I would wager they may be pushing back the release date since nothing has been posted.

Yeah. For a couple of weeks now I've been half expecting to get an e-mail in saying there's been some kind of production problem and so it'll either be delayed or go all out Batmobile Edition and it's cancelled at the last minute.

I'd be fine with either of those as long as they don't screw us in the ol' Fable 2 fashion... promise one thing, they at the last minute (as you're shipping units out to customers) say "oh sorry, we just decided you're not going to get everything."

Oh, yeah, I'd totally forgotten how that one was handled.

I got my hands on one of the actual limited editions with the Hobbe figure/cards/big box a while after that so they did seem to have actually produced them but aside from one rumour about the figures using lead paint I've not seen any other actual explanation for the cancellation. (I'm not a seller but I do sometimes wonder how much the full set is actually worth these days considering at best you only see the occasional Hobbe figure pop up on eBay.)

Yeah, they definitely made them, I think some places in Europe got them. Someone on this site was selling the Russian version of it, and was fairly reasonable for a price (Whole CE for ~$100). Unfortunately, I slacked off an missed buying it before it sold...

Never cancelled my pre-order, so got this in the mail today. Thoughts:

1) Steelbook was visibly scratched... while still sealed. Perpendicular to the spine, so must have been a manufacturing defect.

2) Case is indeed not the greatest quality. The sliding mechanism sucks and took 2 tries to get it to work (it even comes with an instruction pamphlet on how to open it... not good)

3) Handles on the case are backwards from what you would think - they are hinged on the bottom and open from the top... which means they fall open very easily.

4) Pro was that it was packaged extremely well overall, of which this I was pleased at.
