my theory some type of Sony Employee holiday gift..probably has a PSN network card inside so, the Sony Employee can download multiple games for themselves or perhaps their kids for the holidays..i'm just speculating..but that bow and ribbon design, does designate "a gift" and i seriously doubt if some retailer would be handing out empty steelbooks with bows on them..this looks more like an internal promotion for SONY PLAYSTATION employees.

Hope this is a retailer thing like Xbox Gamepass steelbook last year, otherwise it would be nightmare to get it.
