There is a slight possibility FedEx may have lost it in transit thinking they had all the packages but I doubt it as they should know the second box has a label with your address. I would definitely let them know that you did not receive your second box in the order. I'm sorry they're not making this easy on you and I hope you do get it sorted out. I know about having to get orders like this sorted can be like pulling teeth. Let me know if you need any other information. |

Their facebook rep has offered a refund. I'd rather get the statue really, given that I bought it during their black friday sale. I'll give them a week to ship it. Otherwise I guess I'll take the refund. I'll wait for an other sale and buy it again then...hoping to get the full thing this time around.
