they have a strange way of doing business...unless they meet internal quota's of how may preorders they get..they won't publish any game...they then "promise" refunds by cancelling all pre-orders..on the other hand, if a title gets an enthusiastic response! then the pre-orders will proceed at a future date that is not announced...i wish they'd just go with a traditional model that we are accustomed to like SLG or LRG etc.
