It has a replica coat. The one Chris wears in the game. On E-Capcom site the coat alone sells for around $1700(can’t remember), so it’s pretty much $200 for the collectors edition and the miniature weapon set.

Dayum lol... Sorry but I'm not familiar with these kinda items but are they generally worth it from a Resident Evil Collectors point of view?
