The Japan CERO "deluxe" version does not get the baby Sonic keychain figurine but instead they get a CD soundtrack and small artbook bundle..but some of the major retailers in Japan do have physical pre-order bonuses that run the gamut from Sonic decal sticker to microfiber cloth bonuses and some acrylic keychains etc exclusive to the domestic Japan major retailers.
