Game cancelled mine too.

Said it failed security checks despite being the same card as always, having more than enough money in the account and them using the card literally the same day to despatch my Xbox fridge. (No alert from my bank either which is always what happens if they suspect anything iffy.)

Edit: Weirdly the e-mail also goes on about it being restricted to 1 copy per customer despite me only ordering one so I don't know if that's related.
