May not be exactly what you're looking for but if this is the disc you're after, I don't think I've seen it sold separately. However the press kit is an alternative albeit pricey. Dont think this is priced too bad since they've gone for way more before.

Ya so I have a press kit, but it didn't include the disk. Hoping to get one separately.

If you bought a press kit that didn't include the press disc you can ask the seller for a refund . The seller should have mentioned that issue
Anyway you can find the press disc alone but it's rare
So far the press disc alone is not available for sale on ebay or elsewhere
I let you know if I see one
